The Downtown Business District is bordered by Pearl Street to the north, Ferris Street to the south, Water Street to the east and Ballard Street to the west.
Historic Downtown Ypsilanti offers a variety of retail and business opportunities along the Michigan Avenue corridor. Major downtown landmarks include Ypsilanti City Hall, Ypsilanti District Library, the Riverside Arts Center, Eastern Michigan University's College of Business, the Ypsilanti Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor's and Convention Bureau and the U.S. Post Office. The district also offers an array of specialty shops, restaurants and nightspots.
