Due to Covid-19 and the current emergency orders regarding limiting collecting in groups through April 5, 2020, the City of Ypsilanti Administrative Hearings Bureau dockets scheduled for March 19, 2020 and April 2, 2020, are hereby cancelled and any cases set for those dates will be adjourned by staff to future dates.
Further, due to help handle these adjourned cases, Thursday, June 25, 2020, will ha added to the Administrative Hearings Bureau schedule.

The City of Ypsilanti established an Administrative Hearings Bureau (AHB) in August 2010. The AHB helps to define, prevent, reduce, and eliminate blight, factors, and causes of blight by adjudicating violations of the Ypsilanti blight ordinance and the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code.
