Non-Residential Parking Permits

Two standard types of Non-Residential Permits are offered by the city; Service Vehicle Passes, Downtown Employee Parking, and Contractor Parking Permits.

Service Vehicle Passes

Within the On-Street Parking Permit Zones as shown on this map, non-resident property owners may apply for Service Vehicle Passes to be used by themselves or individuals performing work on the property.  Please note that while a Service  Vehicle Pass can be used for multiple addresses within a single permit zone, if you own properties in multiple permit zones a pass will be needed for each zone. The application fees, requirements, and rules of use can be found below:

  • New Pass Fee: $33
  • Pass Renewal Fee: $17
  • Additional Service Vehicle Pass Fee: $17
  • In order to apply for a Service Vehicle Pass, you must have a current driver's license or state ID and proof of ownership of the property. If your name or the name of a company you own is listed on the property's tax records, those can be pulled up by Treasury to use as proof of ownership (provided proof of ownership of the company is provided if applicable).
  • This permit is a card that should be placed on the driver's side dashboard when in use.
  • You can be issued up to two Service Vehicle Passes per property.
