On January 19, 2016, the City adopted a property disposition policy allowing the city to sell city-owned vacant properties. If you are a property owner in the city that holds homestead status directly adjacent to one of these lots, you may qualify for this program.
Under this program, you may be allowed to purchase the lot referenced above for $1.00 plus closing costs (up to $500) so long as you meet the requirements listed in the attached application. Properties will be sold “as is” and hold no warranties.
