Report an Issue

SeeClickFix is an issue reporting platform which allows people to report non-emergency neighborhood issues to local government bodies, assisting city staff.  These tickets are monitored during regular business hours.

Before submitting, please read the following guidelines:

• Do not use SeeClickFix for emergency situations or any police related reports. Please call 911 for emergencies, and 734-483-9510 for non-emergency police reports.
• Noise complaints will not receive a response if submitted through SeeClickFix. Please contact the Ypsilanti Police Department at (734) 483-9510 as the noise is occurring.
• The City of Ypsilanti does not provide animal control or wildlife removal services. Matters involving stray pets, or wildlife removal from indoors, can be directed to the Humane Society of Huron Valley at 734-661-3512. Requests for animal control should be made to the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office. Calls for removing wildlife from yards should be directed to a private provider.
• Please do not use this tool for general political complaints. 
• For curbside residential trash pickup issues, contact Stevens Disposal at 800-779-0344.
• For curbside recycling and yard waste issues, contact DPW directly at 734-483-1421.
• For parking complaints and abandoned vehicles, contact central dispatch at (734) 994-2911.
• For emergencies such as traffic signal failures or large objects such as trees blocking the road, please call 911.
