ELECTION COMMISSION – SPECIAL MEETINGS
The Ypsilanti Election Commission will hold A Special Meeting on February 5, 2024, at 9:30 am in City Council Chambers located at One South Huron, Ypsilanti, MI 48197.
The meeting may also be attended virtually via the Zoom Platform using the below link.
The special meeting is being held for the following:
- Approving the Minutes of the December 1, 2023 Meeting
- Approving Election Chairs and Inspectors to serve during the February 27, 2024 Presidential Election

Members of the public will be able to make comment during the designated time for public comment. To address the commission, meeting participates will need to “raise their hand” to indicate they want to speak.
To raise your hand while participating online, click the “Raise Hand” icon at the bottom of the Zoom Screen or press *9 via phone. After you raise your hand you will be informed when it is your turn to speak, and your microphone will be unmuted at that time. Your microphone will be muted again when you have finished your comments or when your speaking time has expired.
