Fee Schedule Definition
The City Council periodically adopts a fee schedule. The fee schedule is an official list of all fees (also known as "user charges") for services (e.g., building inspections, liquor licenses, new business registrations, etc.) that are collected by the City. In accordance with state law, all municipal user charges/fees serve a regulatory purpose rather than a revenue-raising purpose. Find the current fee schedule below.
