The Zoning Board of Appeals interprets the City Zoning Ordinance and the official zoning map.

The term length for Board Members is 3 years.

Applications are due by 4 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of of the month prior to the next monthly meeting. All fees must be paid in full at that time.
